There are difference ways to enjoy the beauty of the bay. And kayaking is one of the best way to explore the beauty of this marvelous natural gift. Paddle through islets, around the islands, go under hidden caves, get closer to limestone karts, and unspoiled beaches …are wonderful experiences.
Kayaks go where other big boats cannot. Depending on trip length, and the weather condition you will have different kayak route and time frame. Cruise with us means that you will have more time enjoying this activity without rush as in the mass touristic area.
Lead you to a less visited corner of Lan Ha Bay so you can enjoy the breathtaking nature are our concern.
Though it is a safe activity, you still have to follow the tour guide. It is risky to do by yourself without warning or instruction. Our staff on boat or tour guide will help you use paddle and guide you to the safe area. Life jacket is a must for this activity. For your convenient, you should need to prepare suitable clothes: T-shirt and short, swimming suit in summer; warm clothes in the winter; wet shoes, hat, sunglasses… Water, sun cream, dry bag storing camera, insect repellent might be needed during this activity.

Depart: 8.30am - Return: 5.30pm
8.30 Start the trip from our office in Cat Ba town. Take the bus 10 minutes to Beo pier
Take a boat around Lan Ha Bay. Passing through the Cai Beo floating fishing village. You will learn how people fish, grow fish and how is the daily life of the fisherman on the bay.
Keep cruising to Ha Long Bay to sightseeing the most beautiful landscapes in less touristy areas. Enjoy with hundreds of limestone island
12.30 Have lunch on the boat.
Kayaking 1 and half - 2 hours through the rock arch to hidden lagoons and tunnels to discover the Bat cave and Dark cave (called Hang Ca).
Afternoon: Swimming at secluded sandy beach at Ba Trai Dao lagoon. Snorkeling is optional.
Come back Lan Ha Bay by a different route to enjoy more beautiful scenery.
Return to Cat Ba Town at 5.30-6pm.
Note:
For a group tour: We will start at 8am from our office in Cat Ba town (opposite the hydrofoil station).
For a private tour: We will start at 10.15.
Price: 30US$ Per person in a group under 38 people (our boat was designed for 48 people).
The infants (3 and younger): Free
The children from 4-6 years old, cost half price; 7 - 8 years old cost 85%; from 9 years old cost full price.
